We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a unique opportunity to lead our digital evolution, manage the integration of new business ventures, and shape the future of our brand on a global scale.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our commercial objectives and significantly expands our brand presence.
- Drive customer acquisition through targeted lead generation initiatives, including SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure all digital efforts support our broader marketing goals.
- Build and maintain a closed-loop analytics system in partnership with our sales team to track inbound conversions and refine growth targets.
- Take full ownership of campaign budgeting, performance measurement, and reporting to ensure we consistently meet our KPIs and ROI targets.
- Supervise the development and maintenance of our global CMS website platform, including managing supplier relationships and technical troubleshooting.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the marketing team to foster excellence in conversion rate optimization and overall strategy execution.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- A strategic and systems-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to build work based on data-driven insights.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in executing innovative projects that deliver measurable business results.
- A deep understanding of the full customer lifecycle, including growth, activation, and retention.
- Professional fluency in English.

- Experience managing technical website platforms and integrating new plugins.
- A proactive approach to staying ahead of emerging trends in marketing technology and e-commerce.
