Role at a glance

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our office in Tampa, Florida. This is a management-level position requiring at least 5 years of experience, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors. You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications and serve as a key driver for our brand awareness and demand generation strategies.

Your impact

• Lead the day-to-day execution of our digital properties, including the management and optimization of email marketing, paid search, and social media advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with internal product and commercial marketing teams, as well as external agencies, to develop and implement targeted digital campaigns that optimize the customer journey.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in digital marketing and a desire to work in the medical technology field. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience with cloud-based CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Technical proficiency in SEO strategy, PPC management, database administration, and ADA website compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to negotiate deadlines and align cross-functional teams effectively.
• Fluency in English and the ability to navigate standard office software like Microsoft Office and WordPress.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $112,000 USD, and the role is eligible for an annual bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that begins on your date of hire, including:
