The Opportunity
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing channels and tools.
This position is hybrid and requires a regular presence at our New York City office a few days each week.
What You Can Expect to Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including site visits and demo requests.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including CRO, SEO, SEM, paid channels, email marketing, and online events.
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Youtube, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Meta, and others.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content and Social Media to develop engaging and relevant campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing efforts.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts and to support lead generation initiatives.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement best practices.
What We Hope You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity, technology B2B SaaS industry or within a digital agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience in cybersecurity industry preferred
