We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in a remote capacity to help us drive organic and paid growth while shaping the future of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels to ensure high performance and strong return on investment.
- Enhance our organic search presence by conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, and optimizing website content.
- Continuously test and refine ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Oversee the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient spending and maximum impact.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate reports and inform future marketing strategies.
- Partner closely with our brand, product, and growth marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay current with industry trends to implement innovative marketing approaches.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within the technology or developer software space.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working within a digital advertising agency.
- Experience marketing specifically to technical audiences.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Marketo, and SFDC.
- Demonstrated success in running and analyzing A/B tests.
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $94,000 to $126,000 per year.
