The role
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis in Singapore. This is a senior-level position for an experienced B2B SaaS marketer who will own our inbound demand engine and help accelerate pipeline for a fast-growing climate-tech company.
Core responsibilities
- Design and run multi-channel demand-generation programmes that grow inbound pipeline, improve conversion rates and deliver measurable results across regions.
- Produce and oversee a wide range of content assets-case studies, webinars, product demos, blog posts and social assets-while collaborating with subject-matter experts to establish Terrascope as a recognised thought leader in decarbonisation.
- Lead account-based marketing initiatives, using data to segment high-value accounts, craft personalised messaging and equip the commercial team with the collateral needed to convert prospects.
Skills and experience
- Proven success driving demand generation and inbound marketing for a global B2B enterprise SaaS company, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to run multiple workstreams across time zones while maintaining close alignment with commercial, partner and product teams.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, content optimisation, data analysis and marketing-automation tools, plus the ability to translate complex sustainability topics into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience leading small teams and building collaborative, high-performing marketing cultures.
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
