At Stellar Elements, we are dedicated to replacing poor experiences with meaningful ones. As a global team of nearly 1,000 experts, we bridge the gap between business objectives and human desires, and we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Medellin, Colombia.

Responsibilities

Oversee our digital presence by managing website updates, maintenance, SEO, and navigation within HubSpot and our StoryBlock CMS.
Monitor user engagement to recommend strategic improvements that keep our platforms fresh and high-performing.
Track and report on digital channel performance, focusing on ROI, attribution, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to build digital assets such as landing pages, email templates, and automation workflows.
Manage our marketing automation platform, including CRM integration with Salesforce, audience segmentation, and lead generation forms.
Execute multifaceted campaigns across owned and earned channels to drive lead generation and nurture prospects into the sales pipeline.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our digital strategy remains innovative and effective.

Must-haves

Extensive experience in digital marketing, specifically with HubSpot and CRM systems.
Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and data analytics.
Strong technical proficiency with CMS platforms and email marketing automation.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment from our Medellin office.
