About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a strategic and hands-on position where you will own the development, execution, and management of our B2B SaaS customer acquisition efforts across various digital channels. You will play a vital role in driving our growth and ensuring our marketing initiatives effectively support our broader company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive digital campaigns across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Email Marketing, and Connected TV.
- Collaborate with our demand generation team to establish and meet budgetary forecasts and performance targets on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Analyze and report on campaign metrics, including spend, efficiency, and lead quality, while working closely with sales leadership to optimize funnel conversion rates.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for business growth. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has the technical expertise to own their results. Key qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of experience in a performance marketing role specifically within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Deep proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
- A proven track record of managing and hitting performance objectives on a consistent basis.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative while remaining highly collaborative.
Location
This position is an on-site role based in the United States.
