The role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Based in either our San Francisco or New York City office, you will be an integral part of our Demand Generation team. This role is designed for an experienced professional who is passionate about experimentation and analytics, and who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that accelerate our growth and generate new business opportunities.
Core responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Scale our account-based marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage key decision-makers within our top-tier enterprise accounts.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators to ensure marketing initiatives align with pipeline goals, with a focus on budget efficiency and long-term campaign performance.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in enterprise B2B demand generation and a desire to test new tactics. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management, including strategy development and the execution of ROI-focused campaigns.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience using Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
- Proficiency in managing marketing automation infrastructure, such as Marketo or HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale database management and coordinating regular email communications.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Compensation and benefits
The anticipated cash compensation for this position ranges from $154,000 to $180,000 USD. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive rewards package that includes the following:
