Our retail spaces are known for their electrifying atmosphere, featuring daily live DJ sets and frequent visits from world-class athletes and artists. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Director to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this executive role, you will lead our digital marketing and paid social efforts, utilizing your strategic expertise to drive growth and maximize our brand's impact in the global streetwear landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of our existing digital and paid social marketing efforts to identify key opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term strategic roadmaps that align with our business objectives and drive sustainable profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and the successful achievement of departmental goals across SEO, SEM, email, and affiliate channels.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, specifically within the e-commerce sector, with a strong focus on paid social and digital marketing.
- A proven track record of managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing resources to deliver measurable results and high ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions that adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong leadership skills, with a history of building high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including current trends, emerging technologies, and the tools necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
