We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Director to join our team in a full-time capacity. Daniels Health is currently experiencing a period of dynamic growth, and we need a performance-oriented leader to manage our global digital strategy. You will be responsible for the direction of our multi-brand architecture across four countries, where you will guide our team to increase brand accessibility and drive conversion through innovative campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine our digital marketing strategies to ensure they align with our broader sales objectives and enhance our global brand presence.
- Oversee the governance and optimization of our digital platforms, including the successful integration of newly acquired ventures into our core ecosystem.
- Direct multi-channel customer acquisition efforts, such as SEO, email marketing, and paid media, while utilizing analytics to measure performance and improve return on investment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- More than 7 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- A proven history of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems for lead management and data analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and the ability to lead both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing a global CMS and working with email automation tools like Pardot.
- A deep understanding of multi-country requirements and the ability to maintain digital standardization across multiple brands.
