Role at a glance
We are searching for a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Web + SEO to join our team in Brooklyn. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires you to be on-site four days a week. You will report directly to our Web Manager and play a key role in executing our marketing initiatives.
Your impact
- Manage the incoming project pipeline for various digital products, including our verdicts portal and attorney profiles.
- Coordinate project kick-offs, draft briefs for freelance requests, and oversee SEO writing schedules.
- Collaborate with leadership across various departments to communicate task status and ensure our 2024 marketing goals are met.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or web coordination, ideally in an agency or in-house setting.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft Office.
- At least one year of experience using SaaS project management tools like Monday or Jira.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, and paid social.
- Fluency in English.
