We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our digital marketing team in Brooklyn and help us continue this important work.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Web + SEO to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in our Brooklyn office, where you will be expected to work on-site four days a week. You will report directly to the Web Manager and play a key part in executing our marketing initiatives to reach our goals.
What will you do?
- Oversee the incoming project pipeline for various products, including web attorney profiles, our verdicts portal, and content requests.
- Support the implementation of web-based priorities, such as managing SEO writing schedules and coordinating on-site and off-site projects.
- Facilitate project kick-offs, draft briefs for freelance requests, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders regarding task completion.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Your background should include the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or web coordination, ideally within an agency or in-house setting.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office.
- At least one year of hands-on experience with SaaS project management tools like Monday or Jira.
- A solid understanding of marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, and paid social, along with familiarity with digital performance metrics.
