The opportunity
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to focus on web and SEO initiatives. In this role, you will report to the Web Manager and act as a key player in executing our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing a variety of revolving projects, conducting research, and collaborating across departments to meet our organizational goals. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to be in our Brooklyn office four days a week, where you will have the chance to wear many hats and contribute to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
A day in the life
- You will manage the incoming project pipeline for various digital products, including attorney profiles, our verdicts portal, and content writing requests.
- You will coordinate project kick-offs, draft briefs for freelance requests, and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed about task progress and completion.
- You will assist with the implementation of SEO writing schedules, web-based priorities, and the execution of essential reporting tasks.
Who you are
You are a decisive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting and possesses a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to our team:
- At least two years of experience in project management or web coordination, ideally within an agency or in-house setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office.
- At least one year of experience using SaaS-based project management tools like Monday or Jira.
- A solid understanding of marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, and paid social, along with a grasp of digital campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
