Morgan & Morgan PA — the nation’s largest plaintiffs’ law firm, working for the people, not the powerful — is seeking a passionate and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator, Web to join our digital marketing team in Brooklyn. Successful candidates for this position should have a strong attention to detail, an immense passion for organization, and a deep desire to learn and expand their knowledge base. This person should be comfortable wearing many hats, as the ideal candidate will have a number of revolving projects as well as daily responsibilities that include but are not limited to: competitor and client research, scheduling assistance, and work in collaboration with leadership across departments to execute marketing initiatives and drive toward our 2024 goals.
We expect this person to be an imaginative and decisive problem-solver, resilient in an environment of fast-paced change, detail oriented and of course highly collaborative. This role will report to the Web Manager.
This is an in-office position 4 days a week in our Brooklyn office.
Duties
- Manages incoming project pipeline for different products; web attorney profiles, verdicts portal, and incoming writing requests
- Helps with implementation (on-site / offsite), SEO writing schedules, and other web based priorities
- Coordinates project kick-offs and write briefs for new freelance requests or case types
- Responsible for the communication of project or task completion to stakeholders
- Assists in the execution of reporting tasks, and assignments
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management or web coordination experience, preferably a mix of in-house, or in-agency
- Bachelor’s degree in the preferred fields of marketing, project management, or a related field
- Advanced G-Suite or Microsoft Office skills
- One year of experience with SaaS based Project Management software like Monday, or Jira
- Detail oriented
- Noteworthy problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing tactics, SEO, PPC, and/or paid social
- Some understanding of general performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns
