The opportunity
As our Digital Marketing Automation Specialist, you will serve as the primary architect of our automated engagement strategies. You will take ownership of our Pardot instance, ensuring our database is healthy and our email campaigns are hitting the right people at the right time. This role is essential to our lead generation efforts, acting as the bridge between our marketing initiatives and our sales success. You will work closely with our Sales Operations team to keep our CRM systems in sync, providing the insights we need to refine our approach and scale our impact across the globe.
A day in the life
- You will manage the day-to-day health of our Pardot database, which includes building segmented lists, designing landing pages, and monitoring sync errors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You will develop and execute comprehensive email marketing programs, from drafting engaging content and managing nurture campaigns to performing A/B testing to maximize our conversion rates.
- You will analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates and lead quality, and translate those numbers into actionable recommendations for our stakeholders.
Who you are
You are a mid-level professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing automation or a related field. You have a solid grasp of database management and a keen eye for detail when it comes to email design and programming. We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships across different geographies and departments.
- Proactive and resourceful, capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
- Technically proficient, ideally with hands-on experience in Pardot or similar platforms like HubSpot or Marketo, and comfortable working within Salesforce.
- A critical thinker who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or possesses equivalent certifications.
Bonus points if you have experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or have a background in the high-tech or wireless industry.
