What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Associate to join our CRM team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. You will be a key player in our efforts to engage and retain customers through cross-channel marketing. Your role focuses on the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute seasonal, cross-channel marketing campaigns by working alongside our creative, analytics, and development teams.
• Use our customer data platform to identify specific segments and ensure personalized messaging reaches the right audience via email, SMS, and storefront channels.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to provide actionable insights that refine our future marketing efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role brings 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM, ideally within an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environment. You should be comfortable with marketing automation and customer data platforms, and you must possess strong project management skills to keep complex campaigns on track. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of collaborating effectively across different departments. Proficiency in English is required, and you should have a natural ability to translate data into meaningful customer experiences.
