ADDX is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Content Manager who possesses a unique blend of expertise in financial markets, digital marketing, and a strong client-focused mindset. As a Digital Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our digital content strategy, with a primary focus on appealing to new clients and enhancing their understanding of financial and alternative investment opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and engage with potential investors in the fast-evolving world of financial markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content related to financial markets and alternative investments. This includes articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.
2. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing strategies to reach and attract potential clients. Plan and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients through various online channels.
3. Client Engagement: Cultivate a deep understanding of our client base and co-develop a strategy that speaks to their interests and needs, and aligns with ADDX's consumer business goals. Engage with our client account managers to gather feedback and improve content.
4. Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to financial regulations and compliance standards, and maintain updated knowledge of relevant industry guidelines.
5. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with trends in the digital marketing space, and financial markets and investment landscape.
Requirements:
1. Financial Knowledge: A good understanding of financial markets; knowledge on investment products and alternative investments a big plus.
2. Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning, social media, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
3. Content Writing: Good investment writing and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a broader audience.
4. Client Focus: A client-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with client needs and preferences to create client-driven content.
5. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving client needs and market conditions.
6. Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
7. Some experience: A degree in finance, marketing, communications, or a related field, and some experience in the financial or fintech industry preferred.
8. A basic proficiency in Mandarin is required.
