The role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing and Growth Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that requires a strategic, data-driven mindset to elevate our digital presence and strengthen our position as a thought leader in the industry. You will play a vital role in building grassroots advocacy for electric vehicle fleets while optimizing our advertising performance.
Core responsibilities
- Analyze campaign metrics, website performance, and advertising data to uncover actionable insights and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead our search engine optimization efforts by conducting keyword research and refining our website structure to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
- Manage and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads and social platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to ensure high return on investment and brand awareness.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you should have a solid foundation in digital marketing and a passion for performance-based growth. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically focusing on paid media strategy and performance analysis.
- Hands-on expertise managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
- A strong grasp of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and account-based marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
