As our new Digital Marketing Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of creativity and logic. You will take ownership of our digital marketing programs, serving as the primary lead for our customer acquisition efforts. By leveraging our data stack, you will help us move beyond simple metrics to understand the deeper behaviors and profiles of our users, ultimately shaping the future direction of our marketing strategy.
A day in the life
- You will manage our SEM and digital marketing initiatives, which act as the engine for our entire customer acquisition strategy.
- You will take charge of SailThru, our primary platform for behavioral messaging and newsletters, ensuring our communications are timely and relevant.
- You will dive deep into our data using RJ Metrics to uncover hidden patterns, providing actionable insights that will inform and inspire our upcoming marketing campaigns.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is fun, motivated, and intelligent. You should have a strong background in marketing and a passion for numbers. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Expertise in SEM and comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and messaging platforms.
- A sharp analytical mind with a proven ability to perform Data Analysis and interpret complex Metrics.
- Fluency in English, allowing you to communicate your findings clearly to the rest of the team.
