We are looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to join our team and help us connect with our community across email, web, and the CrossFit app. As a key member of our marketing department, you will use enterprise platforms to drive loyalty and engagement through targeted strategies that elevate the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our email marketing efforts to improve customer retention.
- Develop strategies for web communication, including landing pages and site updates, to support our broader marketing goals.
- Manage notifications within the CrossFit app to keep our users motivated and well-informed.
- Utilize the Braze platform to segment our audience, personalize content, and analyze campaign performance.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure our messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators and generate data-driven reports to refine future campaign tactics.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital communication to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to relevant compliance standards.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within the health and fitness sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong proficiency with digital engagement platforms like Braze and other marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to create persuasive content.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
