The opportunity

As our Digital Engagement Manager, you will play a central role in elevating our brand presence across our email, web, and mobile app channels. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of our communication strategy, using enterprise tools to deliver personalized experiences that keep our community engaged. You will work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with our broader business goals. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere.

A day in the life

• You will lead the end-to-end management of our email marketing campaigns, from initial concept and audience segmentation to execution and performance analysis.
• You will utilize the Braze platform to craft personalized journeys that span across our website and the CrossFit app, ensuring our users receive timely and relevant information.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop creative content strategies, monitoring key performance indicators to optimize our future efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.

Who you are

You are a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of how to drive engagement in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:

• At least three years of experience in email marketing, ideally within the health and fitness industry.
• A strong command of English and excellent copywriting skills, allowing you to craft persuasive content that speaks directly to our community.
• Technical proficiency with digital engagement platforms like Braze and a sharp analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive, team-focused culture.
