You will play a vital part in shaping the digital experience for our audience by managing communications across our email channels, website, and our dedicated CrossFit app. By utilizing advanced enterprise platforms, you will help us build lasting loyalty and ensure that every interaction our users have with our brand is meaningful, personalized, and engaging.
What you'll be doing
- Lead our email marketing efforts by planning, executing, and refining campaigns that keep our community informed and motivated.
- Drive our digital strategy by managing web content and app notifications to create a seamless experience for users across all our digital touchpoints.
- Master the Braze platform to segment our audience, deliver personalized content, and analyze performance data to continuously improve our outreach strategies.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for the health and fitness industry. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- At least three years of professional experience in email marketing, ideally within the fitness sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Expertise in using digital engagement tools like Braze to manage complex marketing automation.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to craft persuasive, clear messages.
- An analytical mindset that allows you to interpret campaign data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with design, product, and marketing teams.
- Fluency in English.
