K Health is a venture-backed, fast-growing startup dedicated to using artificial intelligence to make high-quality healthcare more affordable and accessible for everyone. Since our founding in 2016, we have partnered with industry leaders like the Mayo Clinic and Cedars-Sinai to provide a smarter digital platform that helps patients and providers across the United States, and we are now looking for a Senior Digital Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our core brand guidelines while expanding our library of visual assets.
Produce high-quality product and explainer videos that clearly communicate our mission and services.
Oversee the design excellence of our website and all direct-to-consumer landing pages.
Partner on co-branding projects with our prestigious healthcare organization collaborators.
Create impactful visuals for organic and paid growth marketing campaigns to support acquisition and retention.
Design engaging CRM materials, including in-app messaging and customer retention emails.
Produce various marketing collateral such as posters, brochures, and company swag.

Must-haves

At least 6 years of professional digital design experience within a startup, ad agency, or design studio environment.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and image retouching.
Strong skills in motion design and 2D animation.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to present design decisions confidently.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Fluency in English.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 USD.
