What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. You will be instrumental in shaping our visual presence across all digital platforms, working closely with our creative leadership to produce high-impact assets. Your daily focus will involve the following:

• Designing and producing marketing, sales, and brand identity collateral that aligns with our core objectives.
• Partnering with our ecommerce, retail, and marketing teams to build cohesive digital experiences.
• Using your expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects to craft compelling visual stories through typography and layout design.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep passion for outdoor culture and storytelling. You should possess 5 to 7 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-production environment. We value technical proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere, alongside a strong understanding of both digital and print production processes. Beyond your technical skills, you should be a collaborative and curious professional who is dedicated to maintaining high standards of design excellence while working in a team-oriented environment where everyone contributes to the final product.

What we offer

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 USD for this position. In addition to your compensation, you will have access to a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to support your well-being and future:
