Core responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to produce high-quality content, including white papers, email campaigns, press releases, and internal communications, while maintaining our unique brand voice.
- Manage the end-to-end editorial calendar, from brainstorming and concept development to project execution and final approval, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet our standards.
- Analyze audience needs and customer journeys to create content that drives conversion, supports our SEO strategy, and keeps Wachter at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in communications and a passion for the written word. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience writing within the IT technology space, with a proven ability to write for B2B audiences.
- Expertise in AP Style and a deep, fluent understanding of SEO principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with bonus points for familiarity with HubSpot, Wrike, Canva, and the Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex workflows independently.
- A portfolio demonstrating your ability to write and edit both short-form and long-form content effectively.
Compensation and benefits
We value our employees and are committed to investing in your long-term success. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- Medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance.
- Life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance.
- Company-matched 401k and IRA retirement savings plans.
- Paid vacation time and holidays.
- Access to Teladoc and TriaHealth services.
- The flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
How to apply
If you are a self-motivated professional who is ready to help us achieve our marketing goals, we want to hear from you.
