We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Content Manager / Writer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will help us elevate our brand awareness by crafting compelling copy and managing content across our digital ecosystems. If you are a growth-minded professional who enjoys creating everything from blogs and podcasts to case studies and video scripts, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our marketing team and subject matter experts to produce high-quality content, including white papers, email campaigns, social media posts, and internal communications.
- Manage the full content lifecycle by maintaining an editorial calendar, leading brainstorming sessions, and ensuring all deliverables align with our brand standards and SEO best practices.
- Identify content needs across the customer journey to drive engagement, monitor performance metrics, and refine our strategy to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional writing experience, specifically within the IT technology space.
- Strong proficiency in AP Style and a deep understanding of SEO principles.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, with additional experience in tools like HubSpot, Wrike, Canva, and Adobe Suite being highly advantageous.
- A professional portfolio showcasing your best work in both short and long form content.
