Since 2016, dbt Labs has been on a mission to help analysts create and disseminate organizational knowledge. We pioneered the practice of analytics engineering and built the primary tool in the analytics engineering toolbox. Today, our community has grown to 100,000 members, with 30,000 companies using dbt weekly and over 4,100 customers relying on dbt Cloud. We are looking for a Digital Community Engagement Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this high-impact role, you will shape the future of our global community by developing strategies for platforms like Slack and Discourse, hosting virtual events, and collaborating with internal teams to drive engagement and membership growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of our digital community initiatives, including our Slack channel, Discourse forum, email campaigns, and monthly AMA series.
Serve as the face of our digital programs by hosting live events, fostering a welcoming environment, and elevating helpful contributions from our members.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and content, to build integrated experiences and analyze performance metrics to inform future programming.

Requirements

Extensive experience in digital marketing, program management, or community engagement.
Strong proficiency in data analytics and a track record of working closely with data professionals.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize complex tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
A passion for building connections among diverse groups and a desire to help grow our community programs from the ground up.

What we offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $124,000 to $146,000. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
