Blink is a premier user experience firm that partners with global leaders like Amazon, Microsoft, and NASA to build products people truly love. We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Communications Specialist to join our Embedded practice, which provides long-term support for our most significant client partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our customer communications team to draft a variety of materials, including newsletters, alerts, fact sheets, and customer letters.
- Manage individual projects and programs while working closely with the team to ensure we meet our delivery goals.
- Provide thorough proofreading to maintain high standards for grammar, punctuation, and overall quality.
- Create and deploy email campaigns using visual editors while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
- Handle additional communication tasks as they arise.
Must-haves
- A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a comparable mix of education and professional background.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to write, edit, and proofread high-quality content.
- Proven experience developing digital content for platforms like social media, mobile alerts, and web channels.
- Extensive background working within highly regulated industries where compliance is essential.
- Practical experience with UX writing and collaborating with cross-functional design teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests independently.
- Fluency in English.
