Alice & Bob are a deep tech company going through an R&D stage to build the first fault-tolerant Quantum Computer. We secured 30 million USD in funding to further develop our unique technology.
We are a young team with some of the brightest scientific minds joining us straight from completing their PhD or university. Of course, we are serious about our mission and participation in the quantum race alongside tech giants like Google and IBM, however we are also keen to create ever-lasting memories. Including lots of celebrations and fun, as we continue to have many successes along the way to our ultimate goal of building the first Universal, fault-tolerant Quantum Computer! Are you ready to shape the voice of a groundbreaking tech company on the global stage? We're looking for a passionate Digital Communication Manager to lead the charge on our social media strategy. You’ll be the architect of our online presence, building meaningful connections with our followers, and driving engagement across both established and emerging platforms.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with our brilliant product, engineering, and R&D teams to bring the fascinating world of Quantum Computing to life. You'll not just follow the conversation—you’ll help lead it. And with the significant impact your work will have, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our C-Level team, gaining visibility and making your mark on our company's journey.
You’ll report directly to our Marketing Manager, joining a growing team that’s as committed to innovation as you are. We’re a dynamic group who loves what we do, and we’re excited to find someone who shares that enthusiasm for pushing boundaries and making waves in the digital space.

Missions:

  • As our Digital Communication Manager, your role will be multi-faceted, dynamic, and impactful. Here’s what you’ll be diving into:
  • Expand Our Digital Footprint: Grow our presence on both new and existing platforms, with a focus on launching Instagram and TikTok. Your creativity and vision will shape how we show up online.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Create high-quality content that resonates, whether it's social media posts, blog articles, white papers, or email campaigns. You’ll have the freedom to experiment and sometimes have the support of external partners when needed.
  • Lead Email Marketing & Newsletter Strategy: Take ownership of our email marketing efforts, from managing a robust contact list to crafting engaging newsletters that drive lead generation and community engagement.
  • Drive Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to boost visibility and conversions. Your data-driven insights will inform our approach and refine our strategy.
  • Content & Website Management: Oversee our website’s content and performance, ensuring it remains a top-notch resource for our audiences. You'll also manage blog posts and keep our content fresh, engaging, and aligned with our brand.
  • Engage & Grow Our Community: Stay on the pulse of the quantum computing space, engaging with the community through comments, threads, and conversations that matter. You’ll be the voice that keeps us connected to our audiences.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Suggest and implement innovative social media tactics that enhance our brand presence. Your insights will directly influence our overall marketing and communication strategy.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of our platforms. Your reports will guide strategic decisions, enhance visibility with top management, and help us continuously improve our connection with the audience.
  • Trendspotting: Monitor, benchmark, and research the latest communication trends to keep our brand fresh, modern, and ahead of the curve.
  • In this role, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, with the freedom to touch every aspect of our communication and the responsibility to make an impact. Whether it's launching new platforms, refining our website, or writing thought-provoking content, you’ll be our go-to expert for all things digital.


    A little bit about you:
  • You’ve got around 5 years of experience in digital communication, and you’re eager to bring your skills to a cutting-edge tech company.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing social media channels, with a creative approach to building connections.
  • Comfortable with design tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Suite—creating visually engaging content is second nature to you.
  • Exceptional proficiency in written English, with a talent for making complex ideas easy to understand.
  • A natural problem-solver who’s confident in decision-making and thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in a deep-tech company or a fast-paced scale-up.
  • You’re passionate about learning, especially when it comes to diving into exciting fields like quantum physics and computer science.
  • Most importantly, you’re excited to make an impact, grow alongside a small but dynamic team, and shape the future of our digital presence.
