Flow Traders is looking for a Digital Assets Product Analyst to support the identification, assessment, and execution of high-impact initiatives across the digital asset ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business, product, legal, and tech teams to evaluate opportunities such as tokenization, stablecoins, and structured products, and drive strategic insights that shape the future of our digital assets strategy.
What you will do
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking on emerging market opportunities
- Develop internal business cases and support cross-functional projects aimed at unlocking new market opportunities
- Roll out approved business cases internally by aligning stakeholders, coordinating execution, and tracking progress
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to scope and prioritize new initiatives within the digital assets space
- Track global market trends and institutional adoption patterns to ensure alignment with long-term business goals
What you need to succeed
- 2–5 years of experience in a business-focused role in digital assets
- Strong understanding of digital assets market structure, tokenization, stablecoins, and institutional counterparties
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams
- Structured thinker with a hands-on mindset and attention to detail
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business)
