Flow Traders is a leading global liquidity provider that specializes in financial markets. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the Netherlands as a Digital Assets Product Analyst. In this role, you will help us identify and execute high-impact initiatives within the digital asset ecosystem, working alongside our product, legal, and technology teams to shape our future strategy in areas like stablecoins and tokenization.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in the Netherlands. We are looking for a mid-level professional who is ready to take on significant responsibility and contribute to our growing digital assets division.
What will you do?
- Perform detailed market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities in the digital asset space.
- Create internal business cases and manage cross-functional projects that help us enter new markets.
- Lead the implementation of approved initiatives by coordinating with various stakeholders and monitoring project progress.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a business-focused position within the digital assets industry. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- A strong grasp of digital asset market structures, including institutional counterparties, stablecoins, and tokenization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively across different departments.
- A structured, hands-on approach to work with a high level of attention to detail.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
- Fluency in English.
