What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Digital Art Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be part of our specialized Automotive and Manufacturing vertical, helping technology-driven brands navigate a rapidly evolving digital landscape through user-centric strategies and creative communication.
What will you do?
- Create and design brand identities and communication strategies specifically for digital channels.
- Brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts and image strategies for unique digital campaigns and cross-channel customer experiences.
- Lead projects independently within interdisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with account management, UX experts, and clients to prepare and deliver high-impact presentations.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone with a passion for high-quality design and a strong digital mindset. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- A degree in design or graphics, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working within an agency or a similar creative environment.
- A sharp eye for target-oriented design and a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player mentality.
- Fluency in German is required, and a good command of English is a significant advantage.
