The role

We are looking for a Senior Digital and Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers significant flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection to our collaborative culture. You will be responsible for translating our global vision into impactful regional strategies that resonate with our local audiences.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional digital and social media strategies that align with our global goals while staying relevant to local trends.
• Manage the end-to-end creation of region-specific content, including photography, video production, newsletters, and blog posts, while overseeing digital partnerships.
• Cultivate relationships with local influencers and manage community engagement initiatives to grow our brand presence and audience connection.

Skills and experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proven expertise in content creation, copywriting, and the successful execution of events.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor key performance indicators and refine strategies based on data.
• Experience managing budgets and collaborating effectively across teams.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
