The opportunity
The Digital and Social Media Manager develops and executes regional digital marketing and social media strategies in alignment with Urban Sports Club’s global vision. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, influencer collaborations, community engagement, and digital partnerships.
Your responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Align regional digital and social media efforts with global strategies, tailoring content for local audiences and trends.
- Content & Campaigns: Oversee and create region-specific content (photos, videos, newsletters, blogs) while managing digital collaborations (podcasts, advertorials).
- Community & Influencers: Build relationships with local influencers, execute community events, and engage audiences through social media.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.
- Budget Management: Oversee regional digital and social media budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of regional social media trends and audience behaviors
- Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and event promotion.
- Strong experience in creating and executing events.
- Analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize strategies.
- Budget management experience and excellent collaboration skills.
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken.
