As a founding member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance, we collaborate with international law enforcement agencies and government bodies to combat fraud across East and Southeast Asia. We are currently looking for a Digital and Social Marketing Specialist to join our team in Taiwan on a full-time, hybrid basis.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement the social media calendar for Whoscall across platforms like Facebook and Instagram to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Create platform-specific content strategies that utilize unique tones of voice to connect with diverse audiences.
- Lead and manage digital and social marketing campaigns to support our product launches in Taiwan.
- Oversee and refine paid media performance across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Work alongside creative teams and various stakeholders to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to ensure our marketing tactics remain innovative.
- Analyze key performance indicators and generate actionable reports to inform our future strategies.
Requirements
- Two to three years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Practical experience running campaigns on major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
- A passion for storytelling and the ability to define brand narratives that increase awareness.
- A solid grasp of digital metrics and the ability to use data to improve marketing performance.
- Proficiency with analytical tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva to develop visual assets.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in marketing for consumer technology brands or mobile applications.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools to enhance organic search visibility.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale marketing initiatives or product launches.
- Experience collaborating with global, cross-cultural teams to align marketing strategies.
