A founding member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA), Gogolook has also teamed up with a number of institutes such as the Taiwan National Police Agency Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Financial Supervisory Service of South Korea, Thai Royal Police, the Fukuoka city government, the Philippines Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, and the Royal Malaysia Police and state government to fight fraud and ultimately, to build a trustworthy communication network with the largest number database in East Asia and Southeast Asia. In July 2023, TrustTech provider Gogolook completed its IPO listing on the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB) of the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE), under the ticker number 6902.

Missions

Plan and execute Whoscall’s social media calendar across primary platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and potentially others) to drive engagement and trigger conversions.

Develop platform-specific content strategies with tailored tones of voice to effectively resonate with different target audiences.

Support Taiwan launch campaigns by creating and managing social and digital marketing campaigns that align with the overall objectives.

Manage and optimise paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, to develop engaging, on-brand content.

Stay informed about emerging platform trends and consumer behavior to ensure innovative and effective marketing approaches.

Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Thread, Facebook, Instagram, and other major platforms.

An enthusiastic storyteller who loves to create and define brands and stories to drive awareness.

Strong understanding of digital KPIs, engagement metrics, and how to leverage them for strategy refinement.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

Familiarity with Canva or other content-producing tools to create visually appealing and engaging content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and business level in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing consumer tech brands or app-related industries.

Knowledge of SEO practices and tools to optimize campaigns for organic search.

Experience in supporting product launches or large-scale marketing initiatives.

Experience in working with global teams across cultures to align strategies and collaborate effectively.
