The role
We are seeking a Digital and Motion Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment. While this role is remote, you must reside in the United States to be considered. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and play a key role in bringing our brand to life through performance-driven visual storytelling.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality digital assets across our various channels, including web pages, emails, digital banners, and social media content.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and creative team members to translate business objectives into compelling designs while maintaining our brand guidelines.
- Manage the full design lifecycle, from initial concept and production-ready artwork to coordinating with vendors for seamless file delivery.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and creative vision. We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create digital motion assets.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A solid understanding of modern design principles and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Proficiency with professional platforms including Microsoft Suite and Slack.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and iterate based on feedback.
- A genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition and contributing to a purpose-driven culture.
Compensation and benefits
