About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Ad Buyer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level position where you will play a vital role in our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for conducting deep market research, crafting effective advertising strategies, and managing campaigns that drive meaningful engagement and conversions for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, consumer demographics, and buying patterns to define target audiences and establish clear campaign requirements.
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across various platforms, including managing budgets and optimizing ad creative, targeting, and bidding to maximize return on investment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and media partners while tracking performance metrics like click-through rates and conversion data to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience working as an Ad Buyer or in a similar media buying role.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, with a preference for candidates who also have experience with Google Ads or YouTube Ads.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess professional fluency in English.

This is an on-site position located in the United States.
