Yassir is the premier super app in the Maghreb, transforming how daily services are accessed. With over 200 million dollars in funding from global investors, including Silicon Valley venture capitalists, we operate in 45 cities across Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, France, Canada, and Sub-Saharan Africa. We provide essential on-demand services like ride-hailing and delivery, while expanding into financial tools to help our users manage their money. We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in France. In this role, you will be responsible for fueling our growth by managing end-to-end paid digital campaigns and developing strategies that elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities

Drive customer growth and brand notoriety by implementing effective online and offline acquisition levers.
Execute and refine processes to strengthen our brand awareness while benchmarking competitors to identify new strategic opportunities.
Increase our digital footprint through search engine optimization and provide detailed analysis of visitor behavior to improve overall website performance.

Requirements

Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience as a Digital Specialist, Web Traffic Manager, or Digital Project Manager.
Strong command of digital marketing concepts, including KPIs, acquisition strategies, and user navigation.
Expertise in using acquisition tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Comprehensive knowledge of web marketing levers and the ability to interpret complex analytics and data.
