We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. At Piermont Bank, we operate as a digital commercial bank designed to support fast-growing companies with the speed they require. As an entrepreneur-led and tech-forward institution, we combine a fully digital banking experience with genuine, meaningful banker relationships. We serve as a funding catalyst for mid-market innovation, and we are looking for a strategic thinker to help us drive deposit growth from small and medium-sized businesses by leveraging our automated online account opening capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive digital acquisition strategies focused on attracting entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized business customers to increase our deposits.
- Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, which include managing paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, and display ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external marketing agencies, and affiliate partners to optimize performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or acquisition specifically within the fintech or banking sectors.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing tools, including marketing automation software, social media advertising, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and manage complex projects effectively.
- A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape surrounding financial services advertising and small business banking.
What we offer
