We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. At Piermont Bank, we operate as a digital commercial bank designed to support fast-growing companies with the speed they require. As an entrepreneur-led and tech-forward institution, we combine a fully digital banking experience with genuine, meaningful banker relationships. We serve as a funding catalyst for mid-market innovation, and we are looking for a strategic thinker to help us drive deposit growth from small and medium-sized businesses by leveraging our automated online account opening capabilities.

Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive digital acquisition strategies focused on attracting entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized business customers to increase our deposits.
Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, which include managing paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, and display ads.
Collaborate with internal teams, external marketing agencies, and affiliate partners to optimize performance and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or acquisition specifically within the fintech or banking sectors.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Deep expertise in digital marketing tools, including marketing automation software, social media advertising, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and manage complex projects effectively.
A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape surrounding financial services advertising and small business banking.

What we offer

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being, which includes:
