What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Tribe on a full-time, remote basis. This position is central to our success, as the Platform Tribe provides the foundation for everything from our core AI generation features to our enterprise APIs. You will work within a structure of product squads, embedding yourself to deliver features quickly while ensuring our systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient.

What will you do?

• Build and scale infrastructure: You will manage hybrid systems across AWS, GCP, GCore, and Cloudflare to support our intensive AI workloads.
• Optimize GPU performance: You will contribute to the tuning and scaling of GPU infrastructure to improve the speed and reliability of our AI model training and inference processes.
• Enhance developer velocity: You will collaborate with other engineers to simplify our CI/CD pipelines and improve the tools that help our teams ship software with confidence.

To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in Engineering and Cloud technologies. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualities:

• Extensive experience with AWS services like ECS, EC2, S3, and IAM, along with exposure to multi-cloud environments.
• Practical expertise in using Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools to automate systems.
• A solid understanding of Linux, containerization, and cloud networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset that values knowledge sharing and documentation.
• A curious and adaptable nature, with a genuine interest in exploring new tools and AI-driven automation.
