The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Device Partnerships Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between our distribution platform partners and our internal teams. You will be responsible for optimizing our presence on partner platforms, securing editorial opportunities, and ensuring our distribution team has the tools and positioning they need to succeed. By reporting to the Director of Title Marketing and collaborating across departments like Content, Growth, and Data Analytics, you will play a key role in driving viewership and deepening our relationships with the platforms that bring Tubi into homes everywhere.

A day in the life

• You will craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each distribution partner, ensuring our content is positioned for maximum visibility and engagement.
• You will lead the coordination of on-platform and off-platform promotions, managing everything from editorial merchandising to co-marketing campaigns that reach new audiences.
• You will foster strong, ongoing communication with our partners to secure earned placements and translate campaign performance into actionable insights for our leadership team.

Who you are

You are a seasoned marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience, ideally within the streaming, cable, or broadcast industries. You bring an existing network of relationships with distribution partners and a natural talent for storytelling. You are comfortable navigating complex, cross-functional environments and possess the leadership and presentation skills necessary to drive projects from concept to completion. You are fluent in English and have a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing principles.
