We collaborate with industry leaders such as Swift, DTCC, and ANZ, as well as prominent Web3 teams like Aave and Synthetix. Recognized as one of Newsweek’s 100 Most Loved Workplaces, we are looking for a Senior Developer Relations Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help engage our vibrant developer community by crafting marketing strategies for product launches, hackathons, and technical workshops.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our developer community.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns that align developer engagement with our broader marketing goals.
- Produce high-quality developer marketing content, including event playbooks, promotional assets, and messaging for product activations.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in developer marketing, content marketing, or campaign management within a B2B environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and develop creative, compelling content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to tell inspiring stories that drive participation.
- A deep understanding of the blockchain industry, including developer tooling, current trends, and real-world use cases.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Preferred: Prior experience in Web3 developer marketing and the planning of virtual or in-person hackathons.
