About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our engineering team and the technical community. You will be responsible for leading initiatives that engage our users, foster community contributions, and demonstrate the practical power of our platform. This is a hands-on, deeply technical position that requires a unique blend of engineering expertise and clear, compelling communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, technically rich content such as tutorials, code samples, and implementation guides that empower data scientists and developers to succeed with our platform.
- Create engaging video content, including deep-dive walkthroughs and live coding sessions, to showcase the advanced capabilities and integration potential of our technology.
- Collaborate directly with our engineers to translate new features and infrastructure components into actionable best practices and real-world examples for our community.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Evangelism, or a similar hands-on software or data engineering role.
- Strong technical familiarity with modern AI and data concepts, including LLMs, RAG, MLOps, and notebook-based workflows.
- A solid understanding of infrastructure foundations, specifically Kubernetes, cloud services like AWS or GCP, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to explain complex systems to technical audiences.
- Confidence in delivering live and recorded technical demonstrations at conferences, webinars, and workshops.
Location
This position is based in Canada, with a preference for candidates who can work on-site in Toronto.
