Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Developer Relations Manager to lead our efforts across the Americas. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be a key player in our Developer Marketing team, acting as the primary advocate for builders who are looking to integrate our products into their projects.
Your impact
- Serve as the face of Circle within the Web3 community, building authentic relationships and providing hands-on support to developers.
- Produce high-quality educational content and lead workshops that help developers start building with our services more efficiently.
- Execute strategic growth initiatives that align with our go-to-market goals while representing us at major industry conferences and events.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise and communication skills to bridge the gap between complex blockchain concepts and our developer community. You should have:
- At least 7 years of experience in Developer Relations, Software Engineering, or a related field, preferably within the crypto space.
- A strong ability to explain complicated technical topics clearly and elegantly.
- Hands-on development experience, including the ability to build demos when necessary.
- An ownership mindset and the organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and the willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Perks and compensation
