We are seeking a Senior Developer Relations and Ecosystem Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere, requiring a seasoned professional who is ready to lead and inspire.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor our developer advocacy team to ensure they provide top-tier support and a seamless platform experience for our users.
- Drive our developer growth and engagement strategies to directly support our go-to-market objectives.
- Represent Circle as a key voice in the web3 community by speaking at industry conferences and building authentic relationships with developers and builders.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem and a passion for technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in Developer Relations, Software Engineering, or a related field, preferably within the crypto and blockchain space.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and elegantly.
- A strong hands-on technical background, including the ability to build demos when necessary.
- An ownership mindset and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
