PandaDoc is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Developer Marketing Manager to join our team as the first technical marketer dedicated to our API business. We help over 40,000 organizations streamline their document workflows, and you will play a pivotal role in building our developer marketing program from the ground up to drive API adoption and retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to engage our technical audience and increase API usage.
- Collaborate with product marketing to craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with developers.
- Launch and foster a vibrant developer community where users can share insights and innovation.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns, including roadmap planning, content production, social media strategy, and technical demo creation.
- Optimize the developer journey by leading technical content planning across blogs, SEO pages, and our knowledge base.
- Serve as a primary advocate for the developer experience by building feedback loops with our product and engineering teams.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, specifically within technical, growth, or product marketing roles.
- Proven technical fluency and a track record of marketing complex products like APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.
- Deep expertise in at least one core marketing channel, such as SEO, SEM, social media, or content marketing.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for various formats, including blog posts and demo videos.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a scrappy, zero-to-one environment.
Benefits
The annual base salary for this position is $160,000 to $190,000 USD.
