Our patented technology helps more than 25,000 organizations manage third-party risk, handle board reporting, and improve their overall cyber resilience. We are consistently recognized as a top workplace and one of the most innovative companies in the industry, supported by world-class investors like Sequoia Capital and Moody’s. We are looking for passionate people to join our team and help us continue this mission.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Developer Advocate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who loves technology and wants to help others succeed. You will act as the vital link between our product and the developer community. This is a hybrid role, meaning you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work while coming into our midtown Manhattan office just one day a week to collaborate with your teammates.
What will you do?
- You will inspire developer success by hosting hands-on workshops, giving presentations, and creating demos that showcase the power of our APIs.
- You will shape the developer experience by working directly with our internal API squad to write clear documentation and build helpful sample code.
- You will build connections within the community by attending conferences, participating in online forums, and gathering feedback to help us improve our products.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for community engagement. We are looking for the following qualities:
- At least 2 years of experience in a developer, developer advocate, or developer relations role.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java, and a solid understanding of RESTful services.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A genuine interest in cybersecurity and a desire to help others build impactful solutions.
- Fluency in English.
What's in it for you?
We value our team members and offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $125,000 to $190,000. Beyond the salary, we provide a variety of perks to support your well-being and professional growth:
- Hybrid work environment to balance your professional and personal life.
- Comprehensive medical insurance.
- Unlimited vacation policy to ensure you have time to recharge.
- Stock options to give you a stake in our collective success.
- Tuition reimbursement to support your ongoing learning and development.
