Since 2011, we have utilized our innovative, patented technology to create ultralight aircraft seats that significantly lower CO2 emissions and fuel consumption. As a leader in the regional aviation sector with a growing presence in the medium-haul market, our seats are currently used by major manufacturers like Airbus, Boeing, and ATR. Following a successful 17 million euro funding round in 2023, we are expanding our industrial footprint and exploring new markets in rail and electric mobility. We are now looking for a talented individual to join our team in France and help us continue our journey toward sustainable travel.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Dessinateur-Projeteur to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in central Paris. This is a mid-level position where you will play a vital role in our design office. You will be responsible for translating functional concepts into precise technical drawings and 3D models, ensuring our innovative seating solutions meet the highest standards of performance and sustainability.

What will you do?

• Design mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks, balancing requirements for mass, maintenance, and manufacturability while collaborating closely with our engineering team.
• Create detailed technical drawings and assembly instructions, ensuring every component follows our established design rules and best practices.
• Contribute to aircraft cabin layout projects by determining seat placement and dimensions based on client specifications and environmental constraints.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for industrial design. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience mastering SolidWorks.
• Solid knowledge of ISO standards and functional dimensioning.
• An advanced level of French and conversational English.
• Experience with PDM software, as well as knowledge in areas like textile design, cable routing, or electronic component integration, would be considered a significant advantage.
