The role

We are looking for a mid-level Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in New York. You will be an integral part of our creative department, working alongside strategists, account managers, and marketing experts to turn complex brand strategies into compelling visual narratives. This is a role for someone who is not just a technician, but a creative partner who understands the nuance of brand development and enjoys solving intricate design problems.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate client objectives into purposeful design concepts and brand guidelines.
• Manage design projects from initial brainstorming through final delivery, ensuring high-quality execution across both print and digital touchpoints.
• Present your work to clients with confidence, articulating the strategic reasoning behind your design choices.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in design principles and a proactive approach to your work. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to execute brand design projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Figma.
• A solid grasp of typography and visual hierarchy, with the ability to maintain attention to detail while managing broader project goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Compensation and benefits
