What You'll Do

• Lead design review meetings with clients and stakeholders and ensure decisions are documented and actionable

• Gather requirements from clients and internal teams and translate them into clear design deliverables.

• Create product and interface designs that support engineering teams in building production-ready features.

• Deliver design assets and clarifications in time for development so engineers are never blocked.

• Manage design scope, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Communicate proactively with engineers, delivery teams, and clients to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity.

• Identify design risks or issues early and escalate them when necessary.

• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate research, ideation, and iteration.

• Maintain organized documentation and task tracking to support engineering execution.

What You'll Bring

• Strong proficiency with Figma for product and interface design.

• Familiarity with Cursor or similar AI-enabled tools used in software development workflows.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and gather requirements.

• Experience designing real software products that shipped to production.

• Ability to conduct client-facing design reviews and presentations.

• Ability to extract information from clients and stakeholders and translate it into actionable design direction.

• Strong organizational and task management skills across multiple projects.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and delivery teams.

• Ability to manage agendas, deadlines, and meetings effectively.

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset when managing design work.
