We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Designer to join our Global Resource Team in Brazil on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will help us craft work that sets global standards, drives growth, and creates meaningful connections between brands and people.

• Diagnose complex brand challenges and develop creative, memorable solutions that address client needs.
• Translate creative briefs into high-quality design concepts, ensuring both big-picture impact and technical craftsmanship.
• Communicate design narratives clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate effectively across disciplines, adapting your design style to meet specific project requirements.
• Manage project deliverables independently while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the growth of the team by providing and receiving constructive feedback and potentially mentoring junior staff or interns.
• Maintain an understanding of project costs and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience specifically within the branding industry.
• Exceptional creative talent with a focus on brand identity across various mediums.
• Strong proficiency in current industry-standard design software.
• Advanced proficiency in English, including speaking, writing, and translation capabilities.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-disciplinary environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in motion design and digital design.
