About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Designer for a full-time position. This role is perfect for a multi-disciplined individual who can seamlessly integrate strategy, user experience, and visual design. You will be expected to move fast, execute big ideas, and challenge your teammates to push their work to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our design team to follow creative direction and bring our clients' visions to life.
- Contribute to design projects across their entire development lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution.
- Iterate on your work and refine designs based on constructive feedback from both clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in design and a passion for storytelling. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Proven experience working on a diverse range of projects, such as website and product design, brand identity, advertising, film, and large-scale experiential environments.
- A deep understanding of various tech stacks and how they influence design opportunities and limitations.
- Imaginative conceptual thinking skills paired with a persuasive ability to tell a story.
- Proficiency in Figma, the Adobe Suite, and presentation tools like Pitch or Keynote.
- A humble, confident approach and a willingness to contribute to our vibrant company culture.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
