We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within Canada. At Zeno Group, we operate as a global, integrated communications agency with deep roots in public relations. We are seeking a creative visionary to help us tell compelling stories and develop visual campaigns for a diverse roster of world-class clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative design solutions across a wide variety of channels, including websites, social media, print magazines, electronic media, and product packaging.
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments, such as strategy, research, technology, and data, to turn client objectives into a cohesive creative vision.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from ongoing client work to supporting new business development efforts, all while maintaining a high standard of quality under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and strong skills in photo retouching and image development.
- A working knowledge of presentation-layer technologies, specifically HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with motion graphics, video production, content creation for social platforms, and presentation design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your visual design work, with a preference for digital media experience.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex client needs into effective creative concepts.
